1. Processing Time

  • Standard orders: Processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Personalized orders: Require 2–4 additional business days for production before shipment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or peak season volumes.

3. July 4th, 2026 Deadline

To ensure your order arrives before July 4th, 2026:

  • Standard products: Order by June 20, 2026
  • Personalized products: Order by June 15, 2026

Orders placed after these dates may not arrive in time for Independence Day celebrations. We cannot guarantee delivery by July 4th for orders placed after the cutoff dates.

4. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to the United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii).
  • We also ship to select international destinations. International delivery times and duties/taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

5. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $70 within the continental United States. Orders below this threshold are subject to shipping fees calculated at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to update.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you need to update your address, contact us at support@freedom250gifts.com immediately after placing your order. We cannot update addresses once an order has shipped.

8. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Allow 2 additional business days — some carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely
  3. Contact us at support@freedom250gifts.com — we will work with the carrier to investigate

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship at no cost or issue a full refund.
