Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue. We aim to resolve all concerns within 5 business days.

2. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe an error has occurred with your payment, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. In most cases, we can resolve billing issues faster and more effectively through direct communication.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and could affect your ability to place future orders with us.

3. Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally. This process involves:

  2. We will respond within 10 business days
  3. Both parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days

4. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

5. Limitation Period

Any claim or dispute must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, regardless of any statute of limitations to the contrary.

6. No Class Actions

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional consumer protections, those rights remain unaffected.
