Orders & Products
What exactly are your commemorative bottles?
Our bottles are limited edition decorative collectibles designed to honor America's 250th Anniversary. They are display and gifting items only — they do not contain alcohol and are not intended for consumption. Think of them as a beautiful piece of patriotic art or a family heirloom.
Are your products limited edition?
Yes. Our entire collection is tied to the 250th Anniversary of American Independence (July 4, 2026). Once this milestone has passed, these designs will not be reproduced. Order while supplies last.
Can I personalize my order?
Yes! Select products — such as our Wood Wreath Signs — can be personalized with your family name or custom text. Look for the personalization field on the product page and enter your text before adding to cart. Please double-check your spelling, as personalized items cannot be changed or cancelled once production begins.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Our products are carefully packaged to arrive in great condition and make a wonderful gift presentation. Gift wrapping is not currently offered as a separate add-on.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard products arrive in 7–15 business days. Personalized products take 9–19 business days (includes production time). These are estimates and not guaranteed.
Do you ship internationally?
We primarily ship within the United States (all 50 states). We also ship to select international destinations — shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Is there free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $70. Orders under $70 are subject to shipping fees shown at checkout.
What is the deadline to order for July 4th, 2026?
To ensure delivery before July 4th:
- Standard products: Order by June 20, 2026
- Personalized products: Order by June 15, 2026
Orders placed after these dates may not arrive in time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Visit our Order Tracking page or go directly to the carrier's website and enter your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at support@freedom250gifts.com to initiate a return.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable because they are custom-made for you. However, if your personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect personalization, we will reship or refund at no cost — just contact us within 30 days with photos.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank.
Can I cancel my order?
Non-personalized orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped. Personalized orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as production begins immediately. Email support@freedom250gifts.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), digital wallets (Shop Pay, Apple Pay), and Buy Now, Pay Later options where available at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions use SSL encryption and are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with applicable laws.
