Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Standard Returns — 30-Day Guarantee
- We accept returns on non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at support@freedom250gifts.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return address.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
2. Personalized Items
- Items with custom engraving, monograms, or personalized text are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they cannot be resold.
- Exception: If your personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect personalization (different from what you submitted), we will reship or refund at no cost. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@freedom250gifts.com
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damage
- We will offer a full refund, store credit, or replacement shipment at our discretion
- You do not need to return the damaged item
4. Wrong Item Received
If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no additional cost and will not require return of the incorrect item in most cases.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made products (see Section 2)
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original packaging
- Final sale or clearance items (where noted at time of purchase)
6. Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel a non-personalized order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped.
- Personalized orders enter production immediately and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- To request a cancellation, email support@freedom250gifts.com as soon as possible with your order number.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please:
- Check your bank account or card statement
- Contact your bank or payment provider — processing times vary
- If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@freedom250gifts.com
